ABOUT ME
I am a musician at heart who loves to see the magic when a band plays together. I have used my experiences and philosophies to work with the worlds leading bands, the fastest growing technology companies in the world and some of the most decorated leaders in the media, technology, music, and hospitality industries.

I have a Masters Degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. I have been on the founding team for 2 non-profits to support mental and healthcare services for musicians including AMP and the SIMS foundation. I also co-founded and wrote the curriculum for an addiction recovery center with a success rate 800% over typical programs in the early 2000's. For the last 10 years I was on staff of Enseo as their Chief Cultural Officer where we grew the business by 200% and sold to Private Equity in 2021.
